Visual Art Gallery by Matthew Brenner  

Matthew's work is in mixed medium on canvas. The artwork evolves through an unplanned yet disciplined process of visual assessment and decision making. Refined imagery has been carved out of seemingly arbitrary marks and rhythms. This organic way of working depicts the subject matter with great originality and visual excitement. The images engage the viewers imagination to define what they see and what it looks like. The interest in the work is therefore the construction of the imagery as well as the subject matter itself.

Matthew graduated from the Adelaide Centre of the Arts and exhibits in galleries in both Adelaide and Melbourne.
